Le Portail is a rich and elegant white wine, crafted from grapes harvested early in the morning to preserve their fresh aromatics. After a gentle press, the juice is fermented and aged in 500L barrels on its lees for 18 months, with regular stirring to develop body, texture, and complexity.
This is a true gastronomic wine, perfect with lobster, scallops, white meats, lightly spiced fish, or even a plate of cheese. For the best experience, decant an hour before serving and enjoy chilled at 10°C.
