Ciu Ciu Dolce Spumante
A sparkling wine with a full straw yellow colour tending towards golden, with finely grained and persistent bubbles. On the nose it releases an intense fragrance typical of the Malvasia di Candia grape variety: aromas of apricot , yellow peach, candied citrus as well as floral and herbal notes such as sage. In the mouth it is sweet but at the same time fresh and well-balanced.

A beautiful, fruity, well-balanced and rather 'youthful' Red. Pleasant on the palate with a nice structure that guarantees an interesting mouthfeel and finish. Very drinkable and especially good with mushroom risotto cold cuts.
